Fire root: cortisol reducer, energy inducer.
Ashwagandha for raw power and vitality - used for resilience under stress and studied for its relationship with healthy cortisol regulation.
Cordyceps for breath, endurance and vitality. A powerful combination.
Combined with schisandra berry for focus, while northern tonics like rhodiola, shatavari and Siberian ginseng support stamina through demanding conditions.
These roots and berries appear across Ayurvedic, Himalayan and Taoist traditions - long associated with resilience, clarity and sustained effort. Fire Root brings them together into one concentrated daily ritual.
Their actions overlap by design. Stress resilience, fatigue resistance, mental steadiness and physical drive work together rather than chasing the spike-and-crash of stimulants. With modern B12 layered in, the result is clean, grounded energy.
For women built to move, adapt and conquer.
Raw. Potent. Ancestral.

did you ask something?
When will I feel it?
Generally you will feel the effects within an hour, and the lasting energy compounds throughout the day.
When should I take fire root?
Take fire root in the morning or earlier part of the day as part of your usual routine. Shake well and follow the serving directions on the bottle. Warning - it has a kick. It's better to mix it with water or an energising lemon & ginger shot.
what age is fire root for?
fire root is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not recommended for children or teenagers.
Does fire root contain caffeine?
No, its effects work to energise you without stimulation.
Can I take fire root with other medication?
Check with a doctor or pharmacist before use if you take prescription medication. Bring the complete ingredient list with you so they can assess it properly.
Can I take it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No - do not use fire root during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Does fire root contain alcohol?
We use organic cane alcohol because it extracts a broader range of plant compounds than glycerine alone (which is much weaker and doesn't pull all the components out).
While the tincture is around 20% alcohol, you’re only taking a 1 or 2 drops at a time - so the actual amount of alcohol per serving is negligible.
