return policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order from www.ancestors.co to request a return and obtain a refund. If more than 30 days have passed, we may still be able to offer store credit for purchases made on ancestors.earth (case-by-case).
eligibility conditions
Item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Shipping costs from the original order are not refundable. You are responsible for all return-shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping the tracking number.

- Email info@ancestorswellness.com or use the live-chat widget on our site within the 30-day window.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and send you the return instructions including the correct return address (please do not send items anywhere before you receive these instructions).
- Ship the item back using the method of your choice and email us the tracking number. Once we receive and inspect the item we’ll process your refund or store credit.
